MULTI - FAMILY 24 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING
This 24,000 SF, 24 unit prefabricated multi family apartment building is constructed using a pre-cut bolted light weight steel space frame.
The building features large 25-30 foot unsupported spans, allowing for the absence of interior or exterior load bearing walls. All metal stud
interior partition walls are prefabricated off-site via wall
panelization. At the client's option rough-in electrical and plumbing can be installed in
the panelized walls & connected on site. The exterior walls, and roof, are constructed out of pre-cut steel SIP panels (structural insulated
panels). The hybrid combination of prefabricated building components in this Design allows for a rapid dried-in shell construction with
substantial savings in on-site labor.

At the end of its life cycle, the entire structural shell can be 85% recycled.
