OFFICE BUILDING WITH FLEXIBLE INTERIOR LAY-OUT
This 25,000 SF prefabricated multi-purpose office building is constructed using a pre-cut bolted steel space frame.
Large 30 foot unsupported spans, and the absence of interior or exterior load bearing walls, allow this building to offer a great deal of
flexibility as far as the interior lay-out. The exterior walls are constructed out of pre-cut steel SIP panels (structural insulated panels). The
non-load bearing interior partition walls are prefabricated out of steel studs. As there are no load bearing walls, this building can easily be
adapted to the changing or growing needs of an end user. Fast structural shell construction.

At the end of its life cycle, the entire structural shell can be 85% recycled.
